Returns and Refund Policy
Returnable items may be returned to Football Town within 30 days of the invoice date. The goods must be returned new, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, including label(s) and original packaging, and with the invoice. The costs of return postage shall be borne by the customer.
The right of return is excluded for the following products:
- Products such as leather goods, swimwear, underwear
- Products labelled “This product is non-returnable”
- Products sold as part of a 'clearance' sale or sales promotion
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY CLEARANCE AND WINTER SALE ITEMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Of course, any products may be returned at no charge if they are defective, incomplete, or in bad condition. In these cases Football Town shall endeavour to provide a replacement of the same value. Where this is not possible any payment already made shall be refunded.

1. Refunds, store credits, and exchanges will be issued once the product has reached our warehouse and after its inspection. The cost of shipping will not be refunded unless the customer requests an exchange for another product or size. In the case where we cannot exchange the product for a different size, orders which were prepaid by credit card shall be refunded to the credit card in the same currency as paid.
Please note that if an order carries various products and obtains a larger discount and free shipping, and then send back products, the initial entitlement to the volume discount and free shipping will be reversed when issuing the store credit or possible refund in case where the products cannot be exchanged.
Once a refund has been submitted you will be automatically notified via email by our system, but please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to be noted by your bank or credit card company.
2. Football Town reserves the right to refuse returns in cases where the order process is abused (e.g. ordering an array of different sizes of one article for trying on). Volume discounts will be reversed when items are returned.
3. In cases where orders are lost by the carrier, we will not be able to refund these orders but can only resend the order instead.
