Shipping

The shipping cost will be visible as you move forward through the purchase process. Note that we cannot cancel or change the order after the order has been created, so please make sure the order is correct before proceeding with payment.

We use world leading carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Please note that if your purchase is a pre-order, the product will be shipped when available together with any other items in your order.

For the United States, standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail, which delivers in 1-3 business days.

For expedited shipping, customers can choose from available USPS and UPS options, including UPS Next Day Air. Items must be purchased by noon Central Time to ensure expedited shipping timing.

For international shipping, standard shipping is USPS Priority International, which delivers in 6-10 business days. There are expedited shipping options with USPS and UPS that customers can choose. Items must be purchased by noon Central Time to guarantee expedited shipping.

For certain countries custom duties, special taxes and import costs might apply which are to be borne by the customer.

Refunds will not be made in the following cases:

1. If an item arrives later than the standard timing stated, as this is out of our control. If you need the purchased goods before a required time, please check with us before you make the purchase.

2. If a carrier cannot deliver your package at the specified shipping address by the customer. In this case, the package may be left at a Pick Up Point. If the customer does not pick up the goods before the required time, the package will be returned to the seller. This may trigger further costs for the buyer. Therefore the buyer should make ensure that he will be available to receive the package and/or pick it up at the required Pick Up point.
